- Initial analysis and breakdown of the package requirements.
- Provide the client with detailed step-by-step instructions for each requirement.
- Full review of all materials and compilation of a package draft prior to actual submission.
- Handling of all physical pick-up and delivery of documents as-is necessary included. Printing of an original package copy included.
- Submit the completed package on behalf of the client.
- Communicate and follow up at all stages to ensure timely processing of the package with listing agents, building management, and directly with board members (self managed buildings).
- Guidance to pass the co-op board interview.
- No limit to correspondence with the client to complete the process.
- We guarantee our services, if you are unhappy for any reason, all fees can be refunded.
